How DawnPulse handles your marketing data — what we collect, how long we keep it, how to delete it, and your rights as a user under GDPR.

What we collect

Account data (your name, email address, and authentication tokens) and the marketing data rows parsed from the CSV or Excel files you choose to upload. We never sell your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

Uploaded datasets are retained until you delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete a dataset it is removed from storage within 24 hours; account deletion removes your personal data from production systems, with backups expiring within 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time.
• Withdraw consent for optional analytics cookies whenever you choose.
• Raise a data request via our contact page — we respond promptly to all verified requests.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of reviewed sub-processors to operate the platform: TiDB Cloud (database hosting, Singapore), Resend (transactional email), a reviewed OAuth authentication provider, and Cloudflare (CDN and DDoS protection). Each receives only the minimum data required to perform its function.
