You are trusting DawnPulse with your business numbers — so this page is not a sales pitch. Here is who we are, the rules we hold the product to, and exactly how your data is handled: encryption, retention, deletion, and a human who answers within 24 hours.
Who we are
DawnPulse is built and operated by InsightsForge Labs — a small, independent software company with no outside investors. There is no ad network to feed and no exit to engineer: the product is funded entirely by customer subscriptions. When you email support@dawnpulse.org, a human replies within 24 hours.
The rules we hold the product to
- Computed, not generated. If a number can't be reproduced from your data by the rules engine, it doesn't appear in your briefing. No estimates dressed up as facts, no invented figures — ever.
- Messy data is flagged, not smoothed over. Missing days, broken rows, and outliers are shown to you as caveats — not silently cleaned up to make the briefing look tidy.
- Associations, never invented causes. When two things move together we say they moved together. We don't dress correlation up as causation to sound clever.
- Goal ranks never bend the stats. Priorities are ranked from your numbers — the briefing says what the data supports, whether or not it's what you hoped to hear.
Your data stays yours
- Encrypted end to end. TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest — for connections, uploads, and every briefing we generate.
- Read-only connections. Platform connections are read-only by design. DawnPulse can never write to, modify, or delete anything in your Shopify, Stripe, or ad accounts.
- Deletion in under 24 hours. Delete a dataset and its rows are permanently removed within 24 hours. Close your account and everything goes with it.
- Never shared, sold, or trained on. Your data is used for one thing only: producing your briefings. It is never shared with third parties, never sold, and never used to train models.
- A published retention clock. Briefings auto-delete after 12 months, security logs after 90 days, payment records after 7 years (legal requirement). The full schedule is public on our Trust page.
- GDPR by design. Data access, portability, and full erasure within 30 days on request — with a Data Processing Agreement available to every customer.

Who is behind DawnPulse?
InsightsForge Labs — an independent, subscription-funded software company. No venture capital, no ad revenue, no data resale. You can reach the team directly at support@dawnpulse.org.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Data is encrypted at rest, access is logged, and no human reviews your numbers unless you explicitly ask support to investigate an issue — and even then, only with your permission.
How do I delete everything?
Delete individual datasets from your dashboard, or request full account erasure from Settings or by emailing support@dawnpulse.org. Full erasure is completed within 30 days, with confirmation.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account goes read-only — you are never locked out of your own data. You can still log in, read past briefings, and export or delete everything. Nothing is held hostage.
